Douglas Counter
The douglas counter is suited for parties of 1 - 8 guests, where Mads Battefeld and his team prepare the nigiri and otsumami servings in front of guests, edomae style.
Tatami Counter
The tatami room counter is our semi-private dining room, suitable for parties of 1 – 5 guests, where you are seated at Japanese zabuton chairs.
We serve the same menu in the tatami room counter as at the douglas counter: Our Japanese chef, Machu Kojima, prepares the servings in front of guests in an intimate setting, edomae style.
